Up to 7 Customizable Breakpoints: Design for Every Screen with Precision

ABC now supports 7 breakpoints, providing greater flexibility for responsive design. The supported breakpoints now include Mobile Portrait, Mobile Landscape, Tablet Portrait, Tablet Landscape, Laptop, Desktop, and Wide Screen, ensuring your designs look flawless across a wide range of devices.

These breakpoints are available across all our controls, offering consistency and precision for every element you customize. Whether you’re adjusting typography, margins, or padding, the new breakpoints provide the tools to fine-tune your designs for every screen size.

The breakpoints are fully customizable from the settings page, allowing you to modify their values to fit your specific design requirements. This flexibility ensures that the system adapts to your workflow, rather than the other way around. you can also enable only the breakpoints you need. This means you can focus on the screens relevant to your project while maintaining a clean and efficient editing interface. These enhancements are designed to make responsive design more intuitive and powerful.

Theme Presets Support: Seamless Integration for Effortless Design

Integration has always been a cornerstone of our philosophy at Advanced Block Controls. In line with this commitment, our controls now fully support theme presets, allowing you to work seamlessly with the design settings defined by your theme.

If your theme includes presets for font size, spacing, font family, or colors, these will automatically appear in the relevant controls. Font size, spacing, and font family presets are available in our Typography and Spacing controls, while color presets are accessible in all color pickers across all controls. This ensures that your designs stay consistent and aligned with your theme’s visual identity, saving you time and effort in manual adjustments.

Using presets is easy, simply look for the settings icon beside the field name in the control panel. From there, you can choose the preset that best fits your design, streamlining your workflow and making design changes more intuitive than ever before.

Quick Access with Plugin Sidebar: Controls Customization Made Quicker

Customizing controls just got a whole lot easier! We understand how frustrating it can be to navigate back to the WordPress dashboard, find the menu, and search for the block you want to customize. It’s a long and tedious process, especially when you’re in the middle of designing.

To simplify this, we’ve introduced the ABC Plugin Sidebar, accessible directly from the editor using the ABC icon at the top. This sidebar provides instant access to the Controls Manager, automatically selecting the block you’re working on. No more endless clicks or navigation, just quick, efficient access.

Additionally, the sidebar allows you to access CSS settings and breakpoints settings with ease, putting all the essential settings you need right at your fingertips.

Note on Breakpoint Previews

Currently, preview support in the editor for some of the newly added devices is limited due to WordPress API restrictions. The affected devices are: Wide Screen, Laptop, Tablet Landscape, and Mobile Landscape.

When selecting one of these devices for preview, you’ll see a notice at the top of the editor reminding you that preview is not available for now.

We’re closely monitoring updates to the WordPress API and will implement support for these previews as soon as it becomes available. Based on our latest checks, this feature is expected to be introduced very soon. Thank you for your patience as we continue to improve your editing experience!
